VIII NIS International Research-to-Practice Conference

On October 27-28 in Astana was held VIII NIS International Research-to-Practice Conference:"Taking Change to Scale in Education. Autonomous organization of education".

"Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" started holding this conference since 2011. The main objective of the conference is to establish an effective dialogue between teachers, researchers, the public and policy makers on adaptation and translation experience in the country's education system. School Principal Anuar Zhangozin shared with experience, about process in the framework of CIS (Council of International Schools) accreditation.

In the breakout sessions and poster sessions on a par with international experts there were presentations of teachers of Intellectual school of Astana. Teachers shared their experience with colleagues, touching in their reports such important topics as the prospects for the development of education, the development of language skills of students, development of teachers' professionalism and their evaluation.

Teacher of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Astana Batyrbek Khapirat became a winner of the "Best Poster" nomination in the framework of VIII NIS International scientific and practical conference.
