«OUR TIME»: FATIMA RISHATKYZY

Fatima Rishatkyzy, a 10th «B» grade student of Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Nur-Sultan, was a guest on the radio show "Our Time".

The hosts of the program asked questions and got to know Fatima better.

In the future Fatima sees herself as a scientist, studying the field of astrophysics (Astrophysics - branch of astronomy, studying the state and chemical composition of celestial bodies and their systems, interstellar medium and intergalactic medium, as well as chemical processes occurring in them).

- I love to observe the night sky with my telescope, which my parents gave me. For me, watching the telescope is not a job, it is a real relaxing moment. Ever since I was a kid, I was fascinated by the subject of physics and rushed to learn it faster. Basically both of my parents are physics teachers. Sometimes I help my parents check their students' work, - says Fatima.

The future scientist, who takes part in various competitions and contests of scientific works, has a successfully working scientific project at the moment. The scientific project "Benefits of asteroids for our planet" involves collecting minerals and mineral particles from celestial bodies orbiting asteroids between the planets Mars and Jupiter in space.

Fatima is the chief correspondent and host of NISA PRESS of Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Nur-Sultan. NISA PRESS organization shoots school news, relationships between students and teachers, talk shows, special programs.

- As an active member of this organization, I instilled public speaking skills that have been necessary in my life and in my future when I am a professor-scientist, - says intellectual.

Fatima, a lover of literature after physics, often reads literary books in the novel genre in her free time. And in the fantasy genre she chooses works by foreign authors, such as John Tolkin, Ray Bradbury, Joan Rowling.

- My favorite work in Kazakh literature is Mukhtar Auezov's novel "The Way of Abay". I want to say that I have a great interest in the novel "Bala Shokan" by Sapargali Begalin, when we first came to school, we read this novel, even in the 7th grade I had a nickname "Bala Shokan", - recalls interesting moments in school.

At the International Baccalaureate School, students not only read the work, but also analyze the idea of the author, his language use, the purpose of the work, the thought they wanted to convey through the characters and dialogues. One could say that this is a well-formed skill for all students in the school.

At the request of the presenters of the program Fatima as a guest read the poem of Abay "Әсемпаз болма әрнеге".

Fatima shared with the audience the principles that must be followed on the way to achieve the goal.

- To succeed, first choose the sphere which you like, which is close to your soul. So that when you wake up, you rush to your favorite job. Achieving the goal requires persistence. Despite all the obstacles that you face, you need to break stereotypes and adjust your psychological state. And the main factor that always stays the same is time, i.e. making a plan with the rational use of time,- she motivated the audience.
