Nazarbayev school of Astana is 5 years old!
There was a celebratory assembly on Knowledge Day
at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School. The event dedicated to the Knowledge Day and the beginning of the school year, was attended by parents, school staff, foreign teachers and students.
The students entered the school only by winning the scholarship of the President. This year, the competition for the school admission was nine people for each place, so 148 students received a grant of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "Orken." After the official assembly there were tutor hours in all classes coinciding with significant dates of this year as the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate and year of Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.
